Lloyd Mandell and Robert Pflieger Bring Over 20 Years
of Experience

-- Generation Partners, a leading venture capital firm,
has named Lloyd Mandell and Robert Pflieger as Partners
of the firm.
"Both Lloyd and Rob

Mr. Mandell has been with
Generation Partners since 1996. Before joining Generation,
Mr. Mandell was a principal investor at Centre Partners
from 1993-1996 and has also held positions in mergers
and acquisitions at Gleacher & Co, the Corporate
Finance department of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette
Securities Corporation, and at Microsoft Corporation.
Mr. Mandell received his Bachelor of Science degrees
in Economics and Engineering from the University of
Pennsylvania. He currently serves on the board of OrderFusion.
Prior to joining Generation
in 1996, Mr. Pflieger was a principal investor at UBS
Capital LLC, the merchant banking subsidiary of the
Union Bank of Switzerland. Prior to joining UBS Capital,
Mr. Pflieger held positions at Centre Partners L.P.
from 1991 to 1993, in the Corporate Finance department
of Donaldson, Lufkin, & Jenrette Securities Corporation,
and at Wellington Management Corporation, a money management
firm. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in
Business Administration from the University of Michigan,
and his MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.
Mr. Pflieger currently serves on the boards of New Wave
Broadcasting, DiscoverMusic.com, Metro Label, and High
End Systems.
