New Name Reflects Agility Recovery Solutions' Enhanced Technologies, Capabilities & On-Site Services

Agility Recovery Solutions, the premier provider of business continuity onsite solutions and planning services for users of client-server computer and internetworking technology, today announced the completion of its name change. Formerly known as GE Capital IT Solutions (GECITS) Disaster Recovery Services, the company was renamed to better reflect the firm's expanding and enhanced capabilities, technologies and services. Agility Recovery Solutions was recently purchased by a private investment firm, however GECITS still holds an equity investment in the company, as well as being a primary supplier of inventory.

Agility's core business will remain the same and continue to focus on three main areas.

• Mobile Recovery - delivering pre-configured hardware, temporary facilities and emergency satellite connectivity to the client's site within 24 hours of being called.
• Guaranteed Technology Replacement - delivering client-server computing hardware within 12 - 48 hours of a disaster declaration.
• Consulting - working closely with its clients to ensure that they have both disaster recovery and business continuity plans, in place, should such emergencies arise.
