Shares of the Company’s common stock will be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “VRAD.” Goldman, Sachs & Co. acted as the sole book-runner and co-lead manager, Merrill Lynch & Co. acted as co-lead manager and William Blair & Company acted as the co-manager for the offering.
