11/15/2007   Virtual Radiologic Sets Price for Initial Public Offering

(New York, NY) – November 15, 2007 – Generation Partners is pleased to announce today that one of its portfolio companies, Virtual Radiologic Corporation (the “Company”) priced its initial public offering of 4,000,000 shares of common stock at $17.00 per share. Virtual Radiologic is a provider of remote diagnostic image interpretation, or teleradiology services. Shares of the Company’s common stock will be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “VRAD.” Goldman, Sachs & Co. acted as the sole book-runner and co-lead manager, Merrill Lynch & Co. acted as co-lead manager and William Blair & Company acted as the co-manager for the offering.

A registration statement relating to the offering was filed with and declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission. The offering is being made solely by means of a prospectus.
